The old gate was on its last legs. Both gate posts were rotten and to close the gate meant picking one end up and carrying it to the other gate post. The new gate spent 10 months in the garage while I got on with easier jobs. Bit the bullet in Sep25 and was only a weeks work to get it installed. Turned out better than I could have hoped, millimetre perfect, nothing short of a miracle.
