Is this Northumberland?, it looks more like a desert oasis. I can’t even say I have captured the spirit of the place. I’ve gone off on some tangent, maybe that will lead to more interesting ground, I suppose it must do. I’m keeping an open mind about where this all may be going. It has certainly piqued my interest, and that’s the only way I’m going to continue painting. I still like the way it is evolving, just needs a bit more work to finish.
